Meet Our Doctors

Dr. Peter OliverDr Oliver is originally from our area and works at both Drumm and Catskill loactions. He attended Ross University and graduated in 2006. He enjoys dentistry and the surgical aspects of being a veterinarian most, however, general practice interests him as well. While Dr. Oliver isn't working or in the midst of surgery, he enjoys leisure time with friends and family as well as catching a new movie with his wife. He also has two adorable cats named Marshall and Ninja.

Dr. Figge IIIDr. JJ Figge III grew up in Clifton Park and graduated from CBA. He received his BA in Biology from Boston College followed by a DVM from Ross University. Dr.Figge's love for animals and his ability to make them and their owners comfortable in the clinic has made him a wonderful addition to our team. He enjoys being outside as much as possible and can be found exercising in his spare time. Two dogs, a three legged cat, a bearded dragon and 3 tarantulas are all lucky enough to share a home with Dr.Figge who feels they always have a way of making a bad day good again. Before joining our team Dr.Figge completed a mixed animal internship in Central Texas. He lives by the philosophy, one should take only memories and leave nothing but footprints.

Esther - Licensed Veterinary TechnicianEsther is a 2014 graduate of the LVT program at SUNY ULSTER. She says the thing she loves most about being a technician is cows (which we do not see at our facility) and watching a seemingly hopeless case pull through an illness.
She became an LVT because off her love of animals. She enjoys hiking with her brilliant pup Levi (and her friends) travelling and riding motorcycles with her husband and cuddling up with a good book and her cat Pheobe. |

Lynn Irwin - AssistantLynn has been a veterinary assistant with the Catskill Animal Hospital since the days of Dr. Dubois Jenkins. Her love for animals drew her into animal care field at a young age. She has been a local Greene County resident her entire life and enjoys being outside, gardening, bird watching, taking walks and reading.. She shares he home with her two furbabies, a golden retriever names Cassie and a sassy black cat named Cricket.
